I use the United States Postal Service for all of my shipments.
I will ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. Star Quality Creations cannot ensure an address change after this point. However, please e-mail me right away at firstname.lastname@example.org, (within a 24 hour period) with the updated address. I will do my best to make this change. If the change is not made and the address is invalid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives I will reach out to the customer about reshipment
Star Quality Creations cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail.
If your order is being returned due to insufficient address, you will need to e-mail us an updated address. Once your package arrives back to me, I will reach out to the customer for an additional reshipment fee. If a refund is requested please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
My products do not contain artificial ingredients, SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) or preservatives. All products are made with Natural ingredients (OILS: Jojoba, Coconut, Sweet Almond, Rosehip).
YES! I provider other oils such as JOJOBA, and ROSEHIP. I would recommend you consult with your physician before using to make sure it is safe.
